Hi there, I am Connor Thomas a Fitness & Health Sciences Graduate from Algonquin College, & CanFit Pro Personal Trainer Specialist. Since graduating college in 2017, I have taken 17 certifications with regards to program design, rehabilitation, weight-loss, muscle building, and nutrition to better understand, and better service my clients.
